• Usage Data Feature usage, interactions, and engagement metrics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Enable issue reporting and community discussions.
• Display issues on the map and feed based on location.

Storage: Data is stored using Firebase on Google Cloud infrastructure. Photos and videos may be processed through Cloudflare for optimization and delivery.

• Secure authentication via Firebase Auth.
• Access controls limiting who can view personal information.
• Regular updates to infrastructure and application dependencies.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share information:

• With other users when your public profile or posted content is visible in the app.

• With service providers such as Firebase, Cloudflare, and mapping providers who help operate the platform.

We retain account data while the account is active. When an account is deleted:

• Personal account information is removed within the operational deletion window.
• Previously posted public content may remain in anonymized form where needed for product integrity.
• Uploaded media associated with the deleted account is removed from active storage paths.

KeyApp is intended for adults. If you believe information from a minor has been collected in error, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

KeyApp relies on third-party services including:

• Firebase for authentication, database, storage, analytics, and messaging.
• Cloudflare for media optimization, CDN delivery, and share-link generation.
