Terms of Use

Zero tolerance. KeyApp has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We remove violating content and may eject users who harass others, post illegal or harmful material, or otherwise abuse the community.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using KeyApp, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
KeyApp is a community application for civic posts, comments, discussions, direct messages, community groups, and audio programmes. You are responsible for the content you create and share.
3. User-generated content rules
You agree not to post or share content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Harasses, threatens, bullies, or targets any person or group.
- Contains hate speech, pornography, or graphic sexual content involving minors.
- Incites violence or promotes terrorism.
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Is spam, malware, or otherwise abusive of the platform.
4. Reporting and blocking
Users can flag / report posts, comments, profiles, messages, and other user-generated content. Users can block other users; blocked users’ content is removed from your feed immediately. Reports and blocks notify our moderation team.
5. Enforcement
We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours. Actions may include removing or hiding content, warning users, suspending accounts, or permanently ejecting users. We may remove content that violates these terms even without a report.
6. Account eligibility
You must provide a valid phone number and accurate profile information. Accounts that are banned or deactivated may not continue using KeyApp.
7. Location
Optional location may be attached to posts when you grant “While Using” permission. We do not require continuous background tracking. Profile home district is a separate catalog field you choose.
